Your credit card will not be processed until your order is ready to ship.

ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION:

Please allow 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed until shipment of your pet products.
You will receive an automated confirmation for all on-line orders placed with us.
If you did not receive an order confirmation, your order did not go through. Please call us directly.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated confirmation of shipment with its tracking numbers.

Ordering multiple products to be shipped together is one way to keep your shipping costs down.
Due to the fast turn around time for processing orders, multiple product orders must be recieved together
as a single order in order to enjoy this service.

RETURNS:

Returns may be recieved within 2 weeks of purchase date. Returns for a refund or replacement item must be recieved with the product in their original unopened packages. We cannot give refunds on any used or opened items
